Alycia Dymond, CPNP-PC, IBCLC joined PAGS as a lactation consultant in April 2026.  Alycia graduated with her BSN in 2017 from the University of Southern Maine and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Pediatrics from Boston College in 2024. 

Alycia began her career working as an outpatient pediatric RN at East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, where she spent eight years. She has been a lactation consultant for the last seven years, providing outpatient, inpatient, and in-home lactation care. She has worked as a lactation consultant at Winchester Hospital, Salem Hospital, and Boston Medical Center. She loves helping families find their best fit for how they want to feed their babies; however that may be. She can help with breast feeding, bottle feeding, pumping, flange fitting, return to work planning, starting solids, and weaning. 

Originally from the California Bay Area, Alycia now lives on the Northshore. She enjoys taking her two young children on hikes and to the beach.
