Osin Ghimire, MSW
Osin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Education from the College of the Holy Cross and a Master of Social Work degree, from Boston University School of Social Work in the summer of 2025.
Prior to joining PAGS, Osin spent two years interning at COMPASS Boston Community Services, providing in-home and community-based therapy to children and families navigating complex trauma, behavioral challenges, and involvement with the DCF system. Using a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, Osin drew on modalities including CBT, play therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to build trusting relationships with children and families and help them identify their own strengths and paths forward.
Originally from a first generation, immigrant family household, Osin has a deep personal commitment to making mental health care accessible and meaningful for families from all backgrounds. Osin is also fluent in Nepalese and conversational in Hindi and Spanish, bringing cultural responsiveness to this work. Outside of work, Osin enjoys cooking, traveling and exploring new restaurants.
